The features of the angular and spectral polarization characteristics (reflection of s-and p-polarized light and their physical polarization difference) in the range where there plasmon resonance were analyzed, and the relation between the parameters of the resonances and the morphology of nanocluster films was determined. The effect of technological and structural factors on the structural quality of the films and on the plasmon resonance parameters that affect the sensitivity of the phenomenon at the change in refractive index of medium was investigated.
