Karazin popup.description2 The objects of studies were multicomponent compounds, among them the organic dye methyl orange containing alkali metal atom; polycrystalline yttrium iron garnets; composite struc-tures with W coatings on stainless steel with Cu intermediate layer; getter intermetallic zirconium-vanadium alloy; monocrystalline leucosapphire (Al2O3). The purpose of work - to obtain data about the IPE parameters (spectral composition, quan-tum yield and spatial distribution of emissions of excited particles flying-off from surfaces) to un-derstand processes resulting in excited particles forming under an ion irradiation of multicomponent compounds; to study forming and annealing of radiation defects in promising thin-film composite structures at D+ ions bombardment; to analyze compositions of chemical compounds on the surface and in near-surface layers of zirconium-vanadium alloy and to investigate initial stages of getter in-termetallic alloy Zr50V50 hydrogenation in different experimental conditions; to study the cause of temperature dependence of monocrystalline leucosapphire optical reflection. Methods of research - optical spectral analysis of excited particles radiation (ion-photon spectrometry - IPS); thermodesorption mass-spectrometry, electron microscopy; mass-spectrometry of secondary ions; optical microscopy, temperature dependences of reflection intensity; angular de-pendence of reflection and scattering. Correlation between the type of the excited particles knocked out from the surface of elec-trodes and oxidizing-restoration processes is set, that take place on electrodes at an electrolysis. Finding allow to do a conclusion about possibility of application of the IFS method for research of processes, that take place in solutions of organic compounds by research of their precipitations dried up. It is set, that at ionic bombardment of difficult oxides of gelezo-ittrievih pomegranates the radiation looked after is conditioned by disintegration of difficult complexes of the MemOn type, with subsequent formation of the excited atoms of metal. It is set, that the use of the raspilitelnoy system of magnetrona enables to multiply efficiency of excitation of the nebulized particles in 250 times on comparison with ionic excitation. Research of processes of accumulation, maintenance and thermal selection of heavy hydrogen from tungsten coverage of the composition structures exposed to the rays at a room temperature by the ions D+ to the F doses is conducted 1·1017 sm-2. It is set, that with growth of thickness of coverage of the explored composition structure, concentration of the accumulated heavy hydrogen and his coefficient of capture in him is multiplied. Supposition is done, that implantirovanniy heavy hydrogen is taken by the defects of vkansiynogo type. The change of character of spectrums of termodesorbtsii heavy hydrogen from tungsten coverage of a different thickness of the explored composition structure with the increase of thickness can be con-ditioned by differences in concentration of implantatsii of gas and distance of his atoms to the sur-face of standard. It is set, that on initial stages the gidrirovaniya intkrmetallida Zr50V50 monolithic standards are covered by superficial connections as hydrides, gidrookislov and oxides of compo-nents of alloy. It is shown, that absorption of hydrogen passes through the stages of dissociation of molecular hydrogen and next forming of superficial connections of both metallic components of alloy with hydrogen. It is set, that the temperature conduct of reflection is determined by action of a few factors among which violation of terms of interference is basic, and takgn change of topogra-phy of surface.
