Analyzed and systematized information: books, NAS of Ukraine for 2009-2011 biennium, periodicals NAS of Ukraine and institutions NAS of Ukraine; proceedings publishing institutions of the NAS of Ukraine. The measures of improving scientific reference system in relation to publishing products, NAS of Ukraine, as well as optimization of the academic publication. Results of research used in the preparation: three annual directories annotated book editions published by scientists of NAS of Ukraine for 2009-2011 biennium; directory of periodicals NAS of Ukraine and institutions of NAS of Ukraine (Editions) for 2010 and 2012 years, annually for 12 issues of journals NAS Ukraine - "Bulletin of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine", "Reports of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine," and for 6 issues of the journal Academy of Sciences of Ukraine "Science and Innovation", four editions of the book series NAS of Ukraine "Science of Ukraine in the global information space", normative and methodological documents normalization of publishing NAS of Ukraine. The results obtained in the course of work on set in 35 publications.
