Aim -creation of the new approach to the solution of problems of definition of strength and durability of building designs, namely pavements and a roadbed, and also creation of a technique of definition of humidity and density of soils of a roadbed and a thickness of constructive layers of a pavement via the methods of the subsurface radiolocation, and for the solution of problems of other branches, in particular development of a software for medical systems of noninvasive diagnostic and quality of masking of a special equipment. Research methods - numerically oriented experimental methods of a roughing processing of information and the subsequent use of georadar scannings results for raise of reliability of gained experimental data about physical - geometrical parameters of plane-layered composite materials. Feature of the offered approach is universality and efficiency of the offered algorithms and techniques to a problem solving of non destructive control of industrial designs and constructions, biomedical installations and special equipment maskings. As a result of project performance: - The analysis of means of an estimation of parametres of designs of pavements and methods of interpretation of gained experimental data is carried out. - The effective approach to a problem solving of non destructive control of industrial designs (pavements of nonrigid type) is offered. - Electrophysical models and on this basis practical techniques of restoration of geometrical and electrophysical parametres of designs of pavements are offered. - The technique of a preprocessing of the information and the subsequent use of results of georadar scanning for raise of reliability of gained experimental data about physical - geometrical parameters of plane-layered composite materials is developed. - The algorithm of definition of a thickness and permittivity of layers of biological tissues by means of sounding by ultrawideband pulses is offered and the corresponding software is developed. - The physico-mathematical model of the interaction of electromagnetic fields and radio-absorbing laminated scattering coatings and a biological tissues. For arbitrary shape and duration of the pulse signal solved the problem and the program designated which calculating spatio-temporal distribution of the amplitude of the pulse. For some values of permittivity calculated spatiotemporal distribution amplitude pulses taking into account dispersion and losses in environments. - Based on analysis of the measurement process of scattered signals near the object proposed criterion of masking performance. Experimental measurement of signals scattered by samples vehicles in the near zone of the sample with and without masking was provided. Calculated probability of detecting samples by radiometer, depending on the distance of their location on the sample.
