The aims of this work are to find the physical mechanisms of interaction of nanoparticles and biological active substances (BAS) with macromolecules and cells under influence of damaged factors. Methods: UHF-dielectrometry, ESR-spectrometry, IR and Raman scattering spectroscopy, photoelectrocolorimetry, absorption spectroscopy, static light scattering. The structure state of water in aqueous suspensions of nanodiamonds (NDs) and calcium phosphates was studied. For the first time, the new paramagnetic centre in hydroxyapatite (HA) was found. The paramagnetic centre consists of water molecules and free electron formed by ?-irradiation of HA. The influence of NDs on hydration of BSA and erythrocytes, and also under affect of ?-irradiation. It was found that physiological solution is better environment than blood plasma for erythrocytes which suspensions include NDs. Depending on concentration, NDs facilitate to save dielectric and electric properties of erythrocyte suspensions as on storing as under affect of ?-irradiation. The influence of nanoparticles and BAS on blood components under type 2 diabetes was studied. The method of microwave dielectrometry at the operating frequency 9,2 GHz can be recommended to monitor the dynamics of the erythrocytes state of patients in the course of treatment. The structure state of water in aqueous solutions of cryoprotectors and their affect on erythrocytes was studies. It was found that the character of the effect of cryoprotectors on erythrocytes depend on mainly its influence on intermolecular interactions in the system of water-cryoprotector. The influence of antibiotic gramicidin S on erythrocytes and platelits, and also under affect of temperature, lipid peroxidation and ?-irradiation. The obtained results can be considered when developing new antimicrobial gramicidin S analogs with improved hemolytic properties. The influence of biologically significant ions of Mg2+ on conformational transitions of polynucleotide poly A poly U in solutions with different ionic strength of Na+ under affect of high temperatures and high concentrations of polynucleotide, which model the experimental conditions of the methods of Raman scattering and circular dichroism spectroscopy. Under presence of ions of Mg2+ the light scattering and turbidity of solutions like critical opalescence was registered. Geteroassosiation of different BAS: mutagens - etidium bromide and proflavin, medical preparation - theophylline and caffeine, was studies under influence near physioligical. For these systems the oscillating spectra of functionak groups of atoms (C=O and NH2) were obtained, Н-bonds were revealed and their contribution in total energy of stabilization of geterocomplexes was estimated. Results of the research were introduced at Institute of medical radiology of the National Academy of Medical Science of Ukraine, them also can be used in developing of diagnostic and medical treatment methods at Institute for problems of endocrine pathology of the National Academy of Science of Ukraine, in developing the methods of cryopreservation at Institute of problems of cryobiology and cryomedicine of the National Academy of Science of Ukraine.
