The dust filters mathematical model was improved, which are used with results digital conjunction processing of gas components concentration measurements for increase high-speed meters performance with filters. The methods and means for providing protective and safety measures was justified and developed to improve the measuring instruments metrological characteristics under the influence of external destabilizing factors. The structure of gaseous components concentration meter was designed based on the simulation results and adequacy verification of developed meter prototype mathematical models.
