The allelic state of genes Vrn-A1, Vrn-B1, Vrn-D1, Ppd-D1, which control these traits, have been identified. The influence of the durations of the vernalization period on the period "germination-heading" in conditions of phytotron (short and long day conditions) was investigated. There have been revealed that alleles Rht-B1b, Rht-B1e and Rht-D1b, which alone or together cause short stemme phenotype are not present in genotypes of Russian wheat varieties that have been analyzed. The significant genetic diversity for plant height (26.8 cm - the difference between the highest and lowest genotype) in excerption of wheat varieties from Russia, is controlled not by genes Rht-B1b, Rht-D1b, but by other genetic systems, or other genes Rht. A two-factor ANOVA alleles studied the impact of genes on morphological characteristics.
