The methods of obtaining cadmium telluride nanocrystals in aqueous solutions were optimized. The possibility of using such a fundamentally new stabilizers of cadmium telluride nanocrystals surface as thiourea, and hydroxyethylidendiphosphonic and etylendyamintetraacetate acid was shown. It was found that by variation of precursor combinations and synthesis parameters such as pH environment, the ratio of the initial components, and duration of the synthesis we can receive the colloidal solutions with predetermined properties, low dispersion of obtained nanocrystals size and high intensity of photoluminescence. It was found that the size of CdTe NCs and their variation in size nonmonotonously change with increasing duration of synthesis, the particles with the smallest dispersion in size are formed at a ratio of precursors [Cd2+]:[Te2-] = 8:1 and 2:1. It was shown that the process of CdTe NCs colloidal synthesis has great influence pH environment, when used as a stabilizer thioglycolic acid to obtain the stable solutions of CdTe nanocrystals is possible only during synthesis in alkaline, while using etylendyamintetraacetate and hydroxyethylidendiphosphonic acid in acid environment. It was shown that the change in viscosity of the environment by using a dispersion environment solution of glycerol and ethylene glycol in the colloidal synthesis of CdTe NCs allows you to control stability of the solutions and their PL intensity. It was found that during the CdTe nanocrystals synthesis of most optimal concentration of ethylene glycol and glycerol in the reaction environment is 10%.
