Research method is development of administrative data, quantitative indexes grouping, their analysis, monitoring of book edition obligatory copies, Ukrainian and foreign printed and electronic MASS-MEDIA, content analysis, systematization of information. Result - aggregate administrative data and reports on periodic, proceeding and non-periodic editions in Ukraine following 2011, final report of MASS-MEDIA monitoring in 2012, aggregate data on obligatory copies for 2011; current data and prognosis of book edition issue in 2012; analytical reviews: on non-periodic issues of Ukraine in 2011, issue editions for the first half-year, for 9 months and including December 2012, book issue editions in foreign languages and languages of national minorities in the first half-year 2012, on implementation the Law of Ukraine "On obligatory copy of documents" by the State publishing houses of the State Committee for TV and Radio broadcasting of Ukraine in 2011; on MASS-MEDIA information diversity and content, on highlighting in MASS-MEDIA the problems of book publishing in Ukraine, analytical review and content analysis of information as for forming the image of Ukraine in the world basing on the results of foreign and national MASS-MEDIA monitoring, actualized mass media sources data-base for 2012; annual report on research completion. Novelty of scientific study: administrative data of publishing products issues by the subjects of publishing activity in 2011-2012 are analyzed on quantitative and qualitative indexes. The Research results are intended for the use by the State Committee for TV and Radio broadcasting of Ukraine, State service of statistics of Ukraine, other public authorities for determination of state policy directions in publishing business and information area, by the publishing business subjects, organizations in MASS-MEDIA area. Application domain: aggregate administrative data, analytical and information documents are used in statistical, publishing, book-selling, library, information areas, in scientific research, teaching process in training of specialists.
