Research purpose is providing by the electronic resources the needs of society in bibliographic information at chosen thematic directions. Research methods are monitoring, analysis, bibliographic exposure, selection, bibliographic description, grouping. Results are analytical reviews: on development of State printing Record office fund and creation of retrospective bibliography electronic resources, in particular periodic and continued (1950-1951), non-periodic editions (1919--1936) and data-bases that need urgent restoration; information and search tools on periodic and continued editions (magazines) following 2012, newspapers and text sheet editions in 2011, and also electronic resource of absent books and periodic editions in the fund for 1921--1922, annual report on research completion. Scientific novelty consists in first conducted basic research as for printing products for 1921--1922 and materials to the repertoire of the given period editions, in addition electronic resources of retrospective bibliography are developed, in particular periodic and continued (1950--1951), non-periodic editions (1919--1936). The research results are intended to be used by archives, libraries, scientific establishments, information centers of Ukraine.
