The construction workability up to the temperatures 2800-3000 С is shown. There is offered the effective methodology for production of the consumable elements - heaters, that allows to shorten production process duration and, accordingly, energy consumptions in ~ 4 times. The results of experiments on determination of temperature and duration efficiency for the processes of carbon materials' high temperature vacuum-thermal purification at temperatures 1500-2800 C are presented. The efficiency of mentioned method for the purification of the powders of natural and industrial graphites up to the ash level of 10 -3 is shown. It is experimentally confirmed, that pyrocarbon matrix has a zero ash-content and does not bring in admixtures in densified material. The basic possibility of creation of pure materials by frequent dilution of admixtures by a pyrocarbon matrix is shown.
