Purpose of research - the creation of the theoretical foundations of competitiveness of mining machines based on adaptive, intelligent control systems and technical diagnostics. Method research - a systematic approach using modern of methods of probability theory, theoretical mechanics, simulation modeling, control theory and the theory of operation of mining machines as energy mechanics system. Substantiated the diagnosis technique of the elements mechatronic mining machine, prone to fatigue damage, failure of which leads to a significant loss. Projected assumptions about the development of the results - the creation of mining machines with qualitatively new consumer properties based on adaptive computer control of their workflow and technical servicing.
