At the present time a lot of research in the field of Oceanology is aimed at creation of a model of rapid diagnosis and forecast of the biooptics state of the ecosystem of the sea. The main input parameters for the model serve as the data on the productivity of the sea, for assessment of which need to know the absolute values of the concentrations of chlorophyll-a. Chlorophyll-a - a pigment that is found in all green plants, in particular, in the phytoplankton. The concentration of chlorophyll-a can be defined by the remote observations of the rising of the radiation of the sea. The advantage of remote sensing in comparison with the always scarce, time-consuming and costly contact Oceanographic observations is the efficiency, regularity and large volumes of the information received. However, the algorithms that restore the concentration of chlorophyll-a in the data, not accurate enough. Through the regional specifics of water satellite estimation of chlorophyll-a concentration may differ from the actual values, especially in coastal areas. There are two main reasons for such inaccuracies: useless recovery algorithm of chlorophyll concentration in the ratio of the brightness of the sea for a given area and the error of atmospheric correction of satellite data. In the standard processing of satellite data for all the World's oceans are used empirical algorithms based on the regression between the attitude of the brightness of the sea in two spectral bands and measured the concentration of chlorophyll. In contrast to the empirical algorithms, analysis based on the physical model of radiation transfer in the system of sea-atmosphere. In addition, knowing biooptics features of sea water in the study area, you can build an analytical algorithm by setting the appropriate configuration parameters. For areas where empirical algorithms give incorrect results, relevant is the development of a set of analytical algorithms for correct restoring of chlorophyll concentration. In connection with this, the actual problem is the creation of adapted to conditions of the Black sea algorithm for calculating the concentration of chlorophyll. The presence of even a rough estimate of the peculiarities of reflection of light on the sea border of a range of measurements in the blue area would significantly increase the accuracy of atmospheric correction in other spectral channels. This, in its turn, gives an opportunity to improve the quality of the restoration of chlorophyll concentration in the Black sea.
