The aim is to develop recommendations that can improve the efficiency of enterprises of different organizational forms of ownership. The subject of the study is theoretical, methodological and methodical approaches to the use of contract regulation as a tool to combat the underground economy and the coordination factor of socio-economic development of businesses and local communities. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research was the theory of contracts, institutional change, government regulation of the economy, agency, labor representatives of domestic and foreign schools to combat the shadow economy. While writing the work, the following main methods and techniques: a retrospective analysis (the analysis of existing theories of contracts, government regulation, etc.).; Monographic method (the study of scientific papers on the use of contractual approach of corporate farms, as well as the characteristics of their functioning ) structural logic synthesis (during theoretical generalization of materials); statistical groupings and averages (in identifying trends of basic socio-economic indicators that characterize the essence of the investigated problem) induction, deduction and system analysis (in the formulation of the general algorithm against shadow economy) graphical method (used to illustrate the results of structural logic, events and processes) and others. Theoretical and practical result is a conceptual study contract benefits of regulation against the shadow economy and in the social economic development of the business. The main methodological approach to improve against the shadow economy is the recognition of the key role of relational contracts in system management, and hence it follows in principle the possibility of modeling the effectiveness of such a system, which consists of structural transformations within a system of socio-economic development in each company. The results can be used in the agricultural sector of Ukraine.
