Presented method of analysis of economic processes, that allows to build the mathematical models of transients as equalizations. The report is focused on the comparative analysis of region economic and social development indexes grounded on the basis of the complex approach to region development level estimation and determination of integral index. The systematization of various aspects of expert evaluation; study and formalizations of expert groups forming and functioning problems are conducted. In accordance with the decomposition of the system on a functional basis in the subsystem, respectively sponding implementation of a control function, built the structure of an integrated management system development of industrial enterprises (ISURP). Each control function involves the solution of multicriteria decision problem, whose solution is proposed to use an additive convolution of criteria. Performed a structural model identification estimation of competitiveness of the industrial enterprise. It is worked out the method of assessment of condition of systems that uses on its base the procedures of getting indexes "stable development" and "investment attraction" of regions as representatives of regional manufacturing social and economic systems as well as taking into consideration or not taking into consideration natural and climatic factors. The method was founded on the additional accounting of indexes of natural and climatic character, that permits to raise the validity of automated choice of final mark and to assess the level of influence of natural and climatic factors on the processes of manufacturing climate of regions and of country. The complex method, that is based for using qualitative and quantitative assay, was developed for forecasting the effectiveness of investing in innovative project in first time. The model for determining the risk of the introduction of innovations was getting developed further. It's add new units for processing information for advanced analysis. The possibility of forecasting the effectiveness of investing in innovative project with using neutron network was refined. Method for assessing the risk of investing in innovative projects is developed. It is a procedure of data processing using neural networks and expert evaluation. The DSS structure was developed and the its functions was described.The software, that is based on offered DSS, was developed and testing on industrial enterprises.
