The purpose of the study: To establish patterns of morphofunctional changes in the internal organs, regenerate and bones of the skeleton under violations of water-salt metabolism of the body and develop ways to correct these changes. Research methods: anatomical, histological, ultramicroscopic, biochemical, histological preparations morphometry, scanning electron microscopy, quantitative assessment of indicators of chemical composition, statistical processing of digital data.
