The results of modeling have demonstrated that twist extrusion is more effective scheme of strain accumulation that allows obtaining improved structure characteristics of material as compared with direct extrusion. Basing on the theory of non-equilibrium evolution thermodynamics, processes of severe plastic deformation and hysteresis phenomena in magnetic materials have been simulated.
