Ceramic technology was applied to fabricate a Ca(1 2x)Cu3Ti4(1 x)E4xO12 (E = Nb or Ta) samples with х = 0,0-0,5. It was shown that CCTO-like structure phase with monotonically varying periods of the crystal lattice is formed over the entire range of x concentrations. Niobium and Tantalum doped materials have several times increased dielectric constant. The dielectric losses are also increased. It is assumed that materials quality deterioration is occurred due to the presence of Ti1 z(Cu1/3E2/3)zO2 impurity phase with rutile structure. The distribution of scatterings in collision cascades of recoil atoms under 1 keV Ar ion bombardment has been investigation by simulation in binary collision approximation. The strong dependency of mean cosine of angle between recoil atom direction and primary ion direction has been found. The numerical calculations in big incidence angle approximation has identified mane feature in distribution of scatterings which responsible for absence of pattern formation at the dynamic simulation without the account of transfer of atoms under the surface of target. Jointly with the results got at implementation of the previous stage, it allows to assert that, a transfer of atoms under the surface of solid is a process that qualifed the pattern formation at low energies of irradiation.
