The formulation was engineered, the component and the concentration composition was optimized and the experimental batch of motor biofuel Е85 (together with Open Company "Techinservice", Kiev) was turned out. It was revealed that ethanol absolutization equipment based on zeolite diaphragm operation owing to its selectivity, reliability and durability surpass current prototypes: absorption chambers and polymeric membranes. The antiwear efficiency of blended motor fuels was researched. It was revealed that it change linearly with oxygenate additive's concentration increasing in consequence of molecular mutual solubility of oxygenate fuel compounds; fullerene derivatives placed in micro quantities into the structure of motor fuels substantially (to 3-5 times) increase antiwear properties of hydrocarbon and ethanol fuels. It was find that it is necessary to develop oxygenated fuels with high content of ethanol as much as possible because it not only improve the ecology, but allow increase powered characteristics of engine.
