Using pulsed magnetron deposition of metals and thermal deposition for fullerens the technology for production of metal-fullerite composite films was developed. This technique allow to deposite films using two-component flow of metal and fullerenes with the ability to accelerate the fullerene. The next structures glass/ITO/PEDOT:PSS/C60/Al and glass/ITO/PEDOT:PSS/Сu:С60/С60/Al have been made and the possibility of the formation of Schottky barrier and heterojunction was shown. Therefore, we can say that metal-fulleren structures can work as solar cells.
