Proteins produced by P. pastoris namely scFv(IFNа2b)-APmut, scFv(IFNа2b)-EGFP, scFv(CD34)-EGFP та scFv(IFNа2b)-mCherry were obtained. Their molecular biological and biochemical characteristics were determined. The opportunity of application such immunoreagents for immunodiagnostics was shown. Obtained chimerical molecules of antibodies with alkaline phosphatase, fluorescent proteins are high sensitive molecular probes and perspective candidates for different types of immunochemical analysis (ELISA, western-blot, immunocytochemistry).
