The dependence of photovoltaic parameters (photocurrent, photo voltage, power conversion efficiency) on the morphology of nanocrystals CdS, the presence of an underlayer, the thickness and process parameters in the respective photovoltaic structures have been shown. A correlation between film morphology and its electrical conductivity has been established by regulation of CdS nanocrystals with desired properties.
