It was heated under action of alternating magnetic field (AMF) up to 570С within 5 мin. Intratumoral administration of MF (rat?s transplanted tumor) followed by AMF has resulted in the increase of tumor temperature by 8-100С within 20 мin. It was determined the dependence of heating level from MF volume and pH medium. Obtained MF of Fe3O4 nanoparticles is a promising inducer of tumor nanohyperthermia.
