The maintenance and modification of database of higher basidiomycetes, including with medicinal properties, from the Culture Collection of mushrooms (IBK) was performed. The morphological variability of sporulation of myxomycetes (class Myxomycetes, division Myxomycota) on different substrates in different locations of natural reserve fund of Ukraine was studied using the methods of mathematical and statistical analyses.
