Purpose of work is the search and justification of additional financing sources for motor road industry. Research method is analysis of existent systems of fare collection, their advantages and shortcoming, traffic intensity, transport flow structure, and destroying impact of heavy transport on motor road pavement and clothes. The relevance of development consists in the necessity of utility proof and introduction of fee system for heavy transport, collected by Ukrainian motor road administration. In the fulfillment of this work, a feasibility study has been made, relatively the utility of fees for heavy transport, while rolling on national motor roads of common use.
