The role of non-equilibrium and non-hydrodynamic stage of the matter evolution in formation of the femtoscopy scales at the LHC energies is analyzed. For the purpose of this study we develop the hybrid hydrokinetic model in which post-hydeodynamic stage of evolution is described by the method of "switching " from hydrokinetic model to hadronic cascade. The basic hydrokinetic code was modified to include the tube-like initial conditions.
