Research methods are development of models for the calculations of dynamic descriptions of the technological systems of unique machine-tools, process of formation of shaving, and also tensely deformed the state of cutting part of collapsible module instrument. Theoretical and practical results - as a result of experimental researches of process of crushing of shaving from the terms of cutting and time of exploitation of instrument the model of process of curling of shaving is got at the removal of large sections of cut, taking into account tensions, arising up at co-operating of shaving with the combined form of front surface, allowing to forecast the radius of curvature of the appearing shaving. Methodological bases of creation of the energyeffective technological systems of mekhanoobrabotki are developed. The method of synthesis and estimation of structural decisions is offered with the use of algorithms of optimization morphological analysis and synthesis. Novelty - it is given of recommendation on development of methods of the energysaving use of resources at mechanical treatment due to optimization of process of formation of shaving, which cutting forces will allow to decrease, to promote cutting speed, promote the productivity of tooling and decrease the prime price of tooling on heavy and unique machine-tools. Optimization of typeselection construction of chisels is executed, optimization of some parameters of chisels and cutting modes for the case of the outward longitudinal sharpening on heavy lathes, optimization of some parameters of chisels and cutting modes for the general case of stable formation of shaving. Efficiency of introduction - job performances will allow to promote the productivity and reduce expenses of energy of tooling of details of heavy engineering due to optimization of process of formation of shaving. An application domain is preparation of master's degrees, graduate students, technology and equipment, for tooling on heavy and unique machine-tools.
