Actual tendencies of the landscape changes, anthropogenic pressures and geoecological problems of the region are analyzed. For the area of transboundary model regions on the basis of the joint Belarusian partner fieldwork natural and of anthropogenically changed landscapes and the features of the nature management in the Polissia landscapes are analyzed, measures to optimize nature management are proposed. The results of the research are: 1) the substantiation of the methodological and methodical bases of the landscape research of transboundary Polissia region; 2) the natural conditions of nature management and anthropogenic transformation of landscapes are estimated; 3) the geoecological problems of transboundary natural regions are identificated; 4) the dynamics of natural and anthropogenic processes and directions of anthropogenic transformation of Ukrainian Polissia landscapes are research; 5) resistance of Polissia landscapes to anthropogenic pressures are estimated; 6) typing of transboundary problems of nature management in Ukrainian and Byelorussian Polissia region are done; 7) the basic mechanisms of management using of natural resources in the Ukrainian Polissia are described and their effectiveness are estimated; 8) the principles of landscape Planning are determinated and recommendations of optimization of spatial structure of nature management in Polissia region are done. The monograph "Problems of nature in the transboundary region Ukrainian and Belarusian Polese." are prepared based on the results obtained together with Belarusian partners. The results of research are presented at the International Conference "Problems of Natural Resources: Results and Prospects" (Minsk, 21-23.11. 2012.), 3 articles are published.
