Kavetsky Institute of Experimental Pathology, Oncology and Radiobiology popup.description2 The technology of cancer vaccine with tumor tissure samples enriched with HSP creation is developed using adjuvants of bacterial origin. Electrophoretic protein profiles of vaccines is analysed. Scrining of vaccine effectiveness in vivo with Erlich cancer and LLC was made. It is shown that effectiveness of vaccine created using LHT is greater than traditional analogue. Using the method of immunoblotting-test homology of HSP-70 from chicken embryons and from Ehrlich carcinoma tissue is firstly shown. The level of HSP-70 in embryotic tissue was higher. With enriched by HSP-70 tumor samples and chicken embryonic tissue the vaccines were made and the study of their effectiveness in vivo was performed. A distinct antitumor activity of vaccines is shown. Purification of HSP-peptide complexes from extracts of tumor and embryonic tissues was made. A series of vaccines based on such comlexes was created and their efficacy tested using animals with LLC model. Immunomodulating effect of vaccines manifested in the stimulation of cytotoxic activity of lymphocytes and macrophages (direct and antibody- dependent ), an increase of sera cytotoxic activity of and reduction of circulating immune complexes concentration.
