Data were compared with the results obtained by optical transmission, and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). In the concentration range 0,05 ? 0,10% weight nonmonotonic (extreme) of temperature, enthalpy, and half the DSC peaks at the transitions between the different phases (smectic, nematic, isotropic). A significant increase in electrical conductivity in the same concentration range indicates the presence of the percolation transition and the formation of multiply the leading networks with NT. In the second part of the paper focuses on the microstructure of Electro and percolation behavior of cholesteric liquid crystals SOS filled multilayer NT. Analysis of micrographs shows that SOS is a dispersive medium for HT than EBBA and 5CB. In such an environment around each nanotube is formed stabilizing solvation solvent layer COC, which inhibits aggregation. The microstructure and electrical behavior of suspensions of HT in binary mixtures of SOS (good solvent) +5 E (poor solvent). It is shown that a decrease in the concentration of COC in the texture of the LCD appear evenly distributed groups HT, which in turn into a structure with clearly separated units. When the concentration of the solvent (AS) degree compact unit HT increases. Change in composition of the SOS 5 NE adjusts suspension stability HT. Stokes polarimetric measurements show that the degree of coherence kvazimonohromatichnogo radiation passing through the cell with the composite RC + HT decreases. It is shown that the degree of coherence for the different regions belonging to the transition of the LC layer and the undisturbed areas of Kazakhstan. Application of an external voltage leads to a change in the degree of coherence. The model, which is qualitatively interpreted decrease the degree of coherence.
