Experimental investigations of the fabricated Josephson heterostructures have been done like as: quasiparticles current-voltage characteristics (I-V) measurements and the dependence of the I-V shape on a relief of the films of junctions. Theory investigation and computer simulation of the obtained experimental I-V characteristics have been done in the frame of modern theory model of multiple Andreev reflections and modified Schep-Bauer theory transparency distribution function for a disordered interface.
