New relations between volume and surface forces are analyzed with use of the scale law. Examples of new force equilibriums in microelectro-mechnical and microfluidics systems are presented. Developed analytical solution for microfluidicss flow in a microchannel with a rectangular cross section and a system of ridges on one side are used for numerical simulations of mixing under different initial conditions. Numerical simulation results of mixing are compared with real experimental data, a good correspondence of comparisons is shown. Basic characteristics of stirring efficiency, which corresponds to chaotic mixing, are demonstrated. Quality and quantity measures are studied.
