Inspection of investigations of the problem of gamma-radiation origin from blasars ( a class of active galactic nuclea) has been realized, a method to verity the existing models fast inconstancy of obscurations of these sources in gamma-ranse by GAMMA-400 observatory has been proposed. The basic achievements in the region of measurement the stress of intergalactic magnetic fields have been analysed, the way to connect the existing measurements on the basis of studies of surface brightness profiles of far blasars in gamma-range has been proposed. We have inspected the main characteristics of gamma - flashes, their classifications, basic results of observations in different ranges of electromagnetic radiation. The modern physical models of generation gamma-radiation in Ge B the range from gamma-flashes have been analyzed. Inspection of the main achievements during investigation gamma-radiation from the remainders of super new stars has been realized. A number of problems has been shown the solution of which will be stimulated by observations of gamma-radiation of those objects by means of GAMMA-400 observatory/ It has been shown that diffusive radiation in galactic plane has significant spatial and spectral variations what makes it impossible to explain for certain the widely discussed gamma-line on 130 GeW from the vicinity of a galactic center by dark - matter decay.
