The purpose of the research is to determine the prospects of foreign trade development on favorable for Ukraine terms with Montenegro, Vietnam, Serbia and Lebanon, including the reasonability of introduction of a free trade regime with these countries on the basis of analysis of the probable implications of such step for Ukraine's economy as a whole and certain types of economic activity in particular. Methods: dialectic, systematic approach, retrospective and comparative analysis, modeling, synthesis, and grouping. The financial and economic calculations were made for the FTA with Montenegro, and the scientifically proven conclusions on the reasonability of trade liberalization with Vietnam, Serbia and Lebanon were laid out.
