The analysis for several tens power units of some ТЭС Ukraine has shown, that offered the criterion of boundary accumulation of defects статора turbogenerators is more authentic, than accepted on ТЭС Ukraine specifications of operation on value vibrodisplacement. On many power units where there were emergency switching-off, vibrations were lower for normative, and the offered criterion specified inadmissibility of the further operation. The technique of definition of time before refusal of power units is developed. The carried out researches for many power units have confirmed high reliability of forecasting of refusals in turbogenerators by the developed technique. Application of the developed technique will reduce factor of accident rate in turbogenerators on ТЭС Ukraine that will provide significant economic benefit due to reduction of expenses by repairs and servicing.
