Animal models of ionizing irradiation, chronic alcoholism and diabetes were used. On purpose to set dependence of products of ((ThDP) 2SS) on the ORP state of blood, contents of (ThDP)2SS and general indexes of ORP : level of reduced SH - groups and level of ROS determined. The obtained data testify that the amount of appearing (ThDP)2SS correlates with the level of ROS; introduction by an animal for twenty-four hours to the irradiation of preparation of Metovitan partly warns negative changes in metabolism, that assist oxidization of ThDP.
