The purpose of work is a development of methodical principles for converting of "Input-Output" tables (IOT) 2001-2010 indexes to the compared prices 2007 and the analysis of structural changes in the economy of Ukraine for 2001-2010 in the compared prices on their basis. Research methods: dialectical, system approach, induction, modeling, extrapolation, synthesis, grouping. The recommendations are developed to improve the methodical approaches for the analysis of structural changes in the economy of Ukraine. The results will be used by the department of macroeconomic prognostication for the analysis of structural changes on the basis of "Input-Output" tables with a selection of price changes influence, and for forming of informative database of coefficients of inter-branch relations in the compared prices of base year for the use in prognosis calculations on a short-term and medium-term period.
