It has been established, that the moderate physical loadings, modeled by daily swimming of accruing duration without additional loads, have caused certain phase changes of some power and speed parameters, which having reflected possible changes of a histochemical profile of forward tibial muscle. In particular, already after 10 days of swimming some signs, indirectly testifying about possible increase of the part of fast muscular fibres in a muscle, have been observed, which have been remained and even have been increased after 20-30 days of swimming. At the same time, after the 60-day period of swimming speed characteristics of forward tibial muscle have been normalized that has testified about normalization of its histochemical profile, while maximal achievement amplitude of muscular contraction has remained increased concerning the control, that has can been caused by development of some hypertrophy of a muscle to this experimental term. Short-term daily swimming had prevented from decrease of speed and reliability of the neuromuscular transmission, of the mass of forward tibial muscle and of it power characteristics, which had been caused by chronic injection of dexamethasone. However, it has been observed the signs of increasing muscle fatigue in animals, which received the dexamethasone and swum, that was being caused by energy deficit in muscle fibers. The thyroid status quantitatively and qualitatively defines the temperature dependence of the latent period of isometric contraction of a muscle. So, the latent period of muscle's contraction at decrease in temperature of a muscle at euthyroid and experimental hyperthyroid easy degree of expressiveness is shortened in the beginning, and then starts to be extended. Distinction in the latent period of contraction at low temperature of a muscular tissue become equal at rats of all groups, irrespective of thyroid status, though they are essentially differ in conditions of normothermy. Selective stimulation of serotoninergic systems by L-tryptophan causes the induction of depressive conditions in groups of animals with initially high and average activity levels (67,5% of individuals of investigated population). The inhibition of serotoninergic systems caused the development of depression in 55% of population by results of testing in the raised crosswise labyrinth, 40% of animals in the conditions of the made a hole field and 32,5% of population in a Porsolta's test. Keywords: dexamethasone, physical loadings, skeletal muscle, thyroid hormones, triiodthyronine, hyperthyroid, athyroid, serotoninergic transmission, behavioral reactions.
