The research purpose is determination of conformities to law of the financial globalization, theoretical ground of its influence on the national financial systems and also development of the practical recommendations in relation to development of the financial system of Ukraine in modern terms. Research methods: systems approach and complex analysis, abstracting, analysis and synthesis, measuring, system generalization, comparison, factor analysis, statistical analysis, hypothesis and supposition, supervision, graphic interpretation, mathematical design of economic processes. Research results consist in determination of the methodological going near determination of internationalization and theoretical principles of its analysis; analysis of essence of the financial globalization with the selection of factors of its development; determination of positive and negative consequences of globalization for the national financial systems; to verification of hypothesis in relation to oscillation of intensity of development the economic globalization; to development the integrativno-index method of evaluation of the financial globalization in different countries; analysis the basic progress of the financial systems of the world countries trends, including Ukraine; to development the ways of neutralization of negative influence of the globalization on the national financial systems; determination of the determining principles and the factors of effective development of the national financial systems in the context of the globalization; to development the methodology about the research of the national financial systems in the conditions of the globalization. The novelty of the work consists in determination of conformities to law of the financial globalization, theoretical ground of its influence on the national financial systems, to development of the methodology about research-and-development of the national financial systems in the conditions of the globalization and the practical recommendations in relation to development of the financial system of Ukraine in modern terms. Industry of application of the results is foreign economic activity of Ukraine. The results of the work can be drawn on specialists, which carry on foreign economic activity, participants of investment market during determination of the financial and external economic policy.
