A purpose is development of bases of biochemistry: study of molecular mechanisms of pathological processes and ways of their correction, by the study of oxidative stress of living organisms and methods of braking of free-radical processes, development of new drugs and therapeutic methods based on organometallic compounds, research of biochemical characteristics of liver cells of treated animals. Research methods are biochemical, photocolorimetric and spectrofotometric, cytochemical and fluorescence analysis, the methods of the circular dichroism and mathematical statistics. The effect of trans-and a number of cis-dicarboxylates of di-rhenium on tumor development, morphological and biochemical descriptions of erythrocytes and parameters of oxidative stress of blood, in the model of rats cancerogenesis, at separate administration of them and together with cisplatin are investigated. The dependence is first well-proved between the structure of cis-dicarboxylates of di-rhenium (III) and by their capacity for activating of erythrocyte superoxide dismutase and hepatoprotective function of rhenium compounds. Industries of application are biochemistry, biophysics, physiology, pharmacology.
