The objects of research are the development of information and measurement technologies of high information content, the mathematical models of tested objects and testing conditions, monitoring and forecast in the tasks of data generation for decision making towards the engineering system behavior under the condition of incomplete priory knowledge and measurement number limitation. The methods of research are the methods of mathematical statistic, the finite elements method, the methods of the high resolution optical interferometry (holography, speckle interferometry, shearography). It has been developed the methods and algorithms of the non-destructive measurement model estimation, an empirical probability distribution on the base of measurements reference samples, the stochastic trend and autocorrelation function estimation of the linearly extended objects and the objects that are measured along the Jordan trajectory. New algorithms and approaches to the development of testing decision rules have been created for the tasks of standard flaw detection. It has been investigated the capability of the rank statistic for the sample comparison in the tasks of semistandard flaw detection and monitoring. The efficiency of those algorithms has been examined by using computer simulation. A new method of forming data for decision support is considered by using new visual-analytical method. The mathematical model of tested objects and initial data obtaining, new algorithms of measurement processing for optical high-resolution interferometry methods have been developed. A new technique for initial data obtaining with control of interferogram recording stability is designed. Information and measuring technology of strain-stress state estimation for the shell-type constructions has been developed on the base of the new interferogram recording method and on the base of the new interferogram analysis algorithms. The results of the current research can be used by the technical departments of non-destructive testing on any engineering enterprise.
