Purpose of work - to develop a theoretical and experimental principles of new materials creation with the regulated properties, hardened microcrystalline, nano- and quasi-crystalline phases, and to provide their increased service durability. A structure and physical, chemical, mechanical properties of alloys with the microcrystalline and quasi-crystalline hardening were determined. Compositions of new resource-saving materials and alternative technologies with the using of impregnation processes, plasma chemical treatment, cathode-plasma spraying, chemical-thermal treatment and detonate treatment were developed. The new approach to a choice of the alloying systems for boron- iron and aluminium alloys with the microcrystalline and quasi-crystalline hardening can be used for development of new kind of alloys with unique properties, and coverage on theirs base. The developed properties control method of microcrystalline and quasi-crystalline phases promotes an optimization of technological treatment parameters, and provide the structure-sensitive characteristics obtaining according to the defined exploitation request.
