A research aim is creation of scientific principles of progressive technologies, receipts of competitive functional materials and organization of their production in space industry. Strategy of development of enterprises is worked out on the production of powders of aluminium alloys and wares from them in Ukraine. The mechanisms of receipt of aluminums alloys of middle and high durability are set by the method of ultrafast crystallization of fusions. Technology of retrofitting of fusions of aluminums alloys of the systems Al-Zn-Mg-Cu and Al-Mg-Sc. Methodology of determination of the optimal modes of the cathode-ray welding of the thick-walled cylindrical details is worked out from high durability of titanic alloys. Worked out technology and the optimal modes of the diffusive welding of titanic alloy and stainless steel are certain on surfaces which are embraced. Worked out technical decisions from the improvement of leaktests tanks of launch vehicles. The physical processes of co-operation of laser radiation are certain with the surface of sheeting of launch vehicles and recommendations are worked out to sheeting of launch vehicles. Worked out to recommendation in relation to the processes of isostatical and detonation treatment of functional materials for a space-rocket technique. Developments will allow to decrease a production of high-quality wares of space-rocket technique cost. A sphere of the use is educational establishments, scientific establishments, enterprises are an engineer, rocket production, aircraft building.
