Grounding on the executed studies, there was developed the luminescent marking method of the liposome nanocontainers, based on the FRET occurrence and its dependence on the distance between the molecules of donor and acceptor of the electronic excitation energy. There was studied the influence of molecules structure and nanocontainer size on the efficiency of FRET in couples of pigments. It was shown that when creating the compositions with non-radiating fluorescence resonance energy transfer in the nanovolume it is important to consider the capability of molecules to interact among themselves: a tendency to formation of dimers and more complicated aggregates, formation of specific complexes at the expense of Coulomb and van der Waals interactions, steric obstacles.
