It was shown that Tranthcarpathian clinoptiolite can be used for preparation of water samples to the analysis, as water filter for recovery of Sr trace quantity, in particular the Sr-90 isotope. The ability of natural zeolites to adsorb both low (nanogram amount) and high substances concentrations as well as zeolites high adsorption capacity and selectivity, resistance to the media, possibility of regeneration and modification, cheapness, availability are factors which are furthered their using as sorbents in solid-phase extraction. On the basis of compositions "rare earth elements - azo dyes" the voltammetric methods of Sc determination (Clod= 10-7 - 10-6 mole/l) have been developed. The spectrophotometric methods of Cr(III) determination in the presence of Cr(VI) by means of xylenol orange have been elaborated (Clod= 7•10-7 - 1,6•10-6 mole/l). The developed methods are successfully approved at the analysis of crystal phosphors, technological solutions, drinking-water, intermetallic alloys, soil, ores, plant raw materials, biological tissues, exhaust catalysts, medications. As it is discovered in previous investigations, that Os(IV) compounds with morin, quercetinum and luteolin have the best spectrophotometric characteristics in comparing to Os(IV) compound with rutin, therefore basic tasks have been partly corrected. In particular, within the bounds of current theme the spectrophotometric procedure of luteolin determination instead of spectrophotometric procedure of rutin determination has been developed.
