The best-fit values of parameters of such models and their confidence ranges have been obtained using the set of currently available observational data. The non-linear stage of evolution of matter perturbations has been studied on the basis of halo model. The evolution of linear perturbations of ionization fractions in Dark Ages has been studied. The effect of decaying warm dark matter and scalar field dark energy on the power spectrum of neutral Hydrogen line 21 cm has been investigated for different redshifts.
