Also models of resistive-type gas sensors based on thin films of ZnO were created. For the first time, based on investigations of dielectric and magnetic properties of crystals (N(C2H5)4)2CoClBr3 a gigantic magnetodielectric effect was reviled in the vicinity of improper ferroelectric phase transition(Т=247 K). For the investigations of the structural features methods of X-ray analysis, scanning electron and atomic force microscopy were used. Also various methods for the investigation of optical, photoelectric and luminescent properties of materials were used. It was demonstrated that thin film, nanocomposites material and heterostructures based on ZnO are perspective materials for creations of effective nonlinear optical convectors of laser radiation frequency, gas sensors, photodetectors and light-emitting devices.
