The compositions and methods of obtaining of biodegradable material for replacement of bone tissue with subsequent living tissue germination are worked out. The composition of material for bone formation and conditions of its formation are optimized. The basic theoretical position of coordinative matrix polymerization of (meth)acrylic esters on the surface of metal, bimetal and metaloxide particles is grounded. A new dispersive filled conductive and magnetic sensitive hydrogels are obtained. Due to the electrochemical processes the new principles of initiation are developed.
