The aim of the research is the generalization of theoretical and experimental studies on magnetic and magnetic pulse treatment (activation) of liquid and gaseous fuels for planning and solving tasks on the selecting the technology, equipment and design of devices for magnetic and magneto-pulse treatment (activation) of liquid and gaseous fuels. Research Methods and equipment include: 1.) Theoretical: analysis and synthesis of existing approaches of magnetic and magneto-pulse treatment (activation) of liquid and gaseous fuels, a fundamental study of the influence of magnetic and magnetic-pulse treatment on the change in physics-chemical properties of liquid and gaseous energy (fuel), development of selection methodology of optimal modes of the magnetic and magnetic-pulse treatment (activation) of liquid and gaseous fuels , processing and comparative analysis of the results, and 2). Experimental: the development of equipment and methods for conducting experiments to determine the effect of the magnetic and magnetic pulse treatment for changes in the physics-chemical properties of liquid and gaseous fuels. Obtained results obtained and their newness are: 1) The search for the most effective ways to activate a magnetic liquid and gaseous fuels was held. It is found that the most effective thing for today's engines is internal combustion engine system with a discrete magnetic treatment (activation) of organic fuel energy (gasoline, diesel fuel, natural gas). The variants of the application of magnetic systems for the polarization dispersion and activation of fuel molecules are considered. It is established that for complete combustion energy discrete the most effective thing is helical arrangement of the magnets. 2). The initial (experimental) design overhead magnetic activators for pilot tests are developed.
