The positional catalog of 109 NEOs (the 1702 positions) and 15 comets of (9.5-18.5) magnitude (381 positions) was created from observations 2010 - 2012 years. The accuracy of catalog is (0.04-0.66)" on both coordinates. 680,527 meteoric phenomena were detected from observations 2011-2012 in the radio (FM) using the program of automatic detection of meteors. The meteor catalog includes the information about the start and end of the meteor phenomenon, velocity of the meteor and the amplitude of the signal. The technical proposal for hardware-software system for meteor observiations by basis radio method is made.
